You can select a time for your dinner to be ready if you would like beginning at 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at 30 minutes intervals.
Did you know?
- Chinese New Year is also known as their Spring Festival! It marks the end of the coldest days and says "hello" to welcoming Spring. You may also see it refered to as Lunar New Year as the go by the Lunar calendar.
- There is no set date for their New Year. It can range from as early as Jan 21st to as late as Feb 20th.
- Along the lines of the first comment, they will pray for a good harvest planting and season. They will also pray to their Ancestors (Did you see the movie Mulan?)
- Decorations will be RED! Red lanterns will be hung up and strings of chilli peppers, paste red paper on doors and windows!
The Chinese Dinner Menu items are being prepared by "authentic" Chinese Cooks!
